Flat Rate Movers Return Policy

At Flat Rate Movers, we understand that sometimes clothes don't fit quite right or you may simply change your mind. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are available for clothing items purchased through Flat Rate Movers on Google Merchant.

Return Window:

  • You can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Clothing that has been worn, washed, or damaged is not eligible for return.

  • Items without original tags attached will not be accepted.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact Flat Rate Movers customer service at [phone number] or [email address] within the 30-day return window.

  2. You will be provided with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your items.

  3. Pack the clothing items securely in the original packaging if possible.

  4. Ship the return package to the address provided on the return label.

  5. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once your returned items are received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a Flat Rate Movers error.

Exchanges:

  • Flat Rate Movers does not currently offer exchanges for clothing items. If you would like a different size or color, you will need to return the unwanted item and place a new order.
